Helen is known as the most beautiful woman in Greek mythology.
She was the daughter of Zeus, who had seduced Leda in the shape of a swan.
It is said Helen was born from an egg.
Her sister Clytemnestra married Agamemnon,
the king of Mycenae Castor and Pollux her brothers are known as the Dioscuri.

Helena galt als die schönste Frau in der griechischen Mythologie, sie war die aus einem Ei
geborene Tochter Zeus, der Leda in der Gestalt eines Schwans verführt hatte.
Ihre Schwester war Klytämnestra die König Agamemnon heiratete
und ihre Brüder waren Castor und Pollux, die Dioskuren.

Helen was happily married to Menelaus, the king of Sparta, when she meat Paris.
Paris was the eldest son of the king of Troy.
In order to win Helen's favour he used the support of the love goddess Aphrodite.

Helena war glücklich mit Menelaos, dem König von Sparta verheiratet,
als sie Paris begegnete. Paris war der älteste Sohn des Königs von
Troja und gewann Helenas Gunst mit Hilfe der Liebesgöttin Aphrodite.
